3. The original birth certificate (in Arabic).
4. A certified copy of the birth certificate (in English).
5. A certified copy of the Civil Identification Card.
6. Three personal photos size (4 x 6).
7. The Military Service postponed letter for male Jordanians.
8. A certified copy of the high school diploma.

3. A copy of the passport.
4. Pay the prescribed fees (as they are sent by the mechanism mentioned in the Financial Department).

• Official letter of acceptance from the cultural mission/ concerned embassy.
• A financial receipt from Al-Balqa Applied University.
• Letter of acceptance from Al-Balqa Applied University with the required specialty.
• The original secondary transcript.
• A certified copy of the passport.
• A certified copy of the birth certificate.
• A certified copy of the Civil Identification card.
• 4 recent personal photos, size (4 * 6).

Non-Jordanian secondary school transcript is certified and sealed by the concerned authorities and according to the rules. The non-Jordanian certificate also must certify from:

• Our embassy in the country of the certificate
• Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Embassy of the certificate country in Amman
• The Jordanian Ministry of Education

• A copy of the diploma transcript certified by Al-Balqa Applied University and The Ministry of Higher Education.
• A copy of the diplomacertified by Al-Balqa Applied University and The Ministry of Higher Education.
• The original transcript of secondary school (in Arabic).
• The original transcript of secondary school (in English).
• A certified copy of the birth certificate (in Arabic).
• A certified copy of the birth certificate (in English).
